The Pretty Prep Studios are beautifully designed spaces created to provide brides and bridal parties with the perfect environment to prepare for their wedding mornings. Each studio is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a stress-free, picture-perfect start to your big day.

2. Where are The Pretty Prep Studios located?
We currently have studios in Ashford, Canterbury, and Tonbridge, all conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Kent’s most popular wedding venues.

3. What amenities do The Pretty Prep Studios offer?
Our studios are fully equipped with:

• Spacious styling stations with mirrors and natural light
• Comfortable lounge areas
• Kitchens with coffee machines, tea, coffee, and prosecco
• Changing rooms with hanging space for dresses
• On-site parking for you and your bridal party

4. Can I bring my own hair and makeup artists?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own trusted professionals. Our studios are designed to accommodate them, with ample space, natural lighting, and plenty of plug sockets.

5. How early can we access the studio on our wedding day?
We offer flexible access times to suit your needs, so you can start your preparations as early as you like. We will provide a keycode for the morning of your wedding so you can access it as early as you like.

6. Are The Pretty Prep Studios suitable for large bridal parties?
Absolutely! Our studios are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate bridal parties of up to 12 people, ensuring everyone has room to relax and prepare.

We are the UK’s leading and multi-award winning wedding morning specialist. We have created tailored, elegant, and functional studios for wedding mornings.  From the thoughtful amenities to the charming design, every detail is curated to make your preparation experience unforgettable.

8. Do you provide refreshments?
Yes! Each studio offers complimentary Prosecco, tea, and coffee. Our kitchens are also fully equipped with essentials like a kettle, toaster, plates, and glassware.

9. Is there parking available at the studios?
Yes, each of our studios has on-site parking for you and your bridal party, with the option to leave vehicles overnight if necessary.

10. How do I book a studio?
Booking is simple—just visit our website and select your preferred date and location. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to assist.

11. Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes, we’d love to show you around! Get in touch to arrange a viewing at your convenience.

12. Can the studio be used for events other than wedding mornings?
Yes, our studios are perfect for pamper parties, hen parties and even photoshoots. If you have any other plans, do reach out and we can see if we an accomodate.

13. Are pets allowed in the studio?
I’m really sorry but no. To ensure that the studios are suitable for everyone including those with allergies, we ask that pets do not attend. (So sorry!)

14. Do the studios offer overnight accommodation?
Our studios are day-use only, designed specifically for morning preparations. However, we’d be happy to recommend nearby accommodation if needed.

15. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change. Full refunds are available within 14 days of booking. Bookings can also be transferred to a different available date or studio.

16. Do The Pretty Prep Studios provide additional support or services?
Each studio is stocked with helpful extras like safety pins, a sewing kit, a steamer, and more. Our team is also on hand to answer any questions and ensure everything runs smoothly.

17. Can we take photos in the studio?
Of course! Our studios are designed to be as photogenic as they are functional, providing a beautiful backdrop for your wedding morning memories. Give us a tag on the day and we will happily re-share!

18. Are the studios accessible for guests with mobility issues?
We aim to accommodate all of our guests. Please contact us to discuss any specific requirements so we can ensure a comfortable experience.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, as availability can fill up quickly during wedding season.
